Our Responsibility

As a growing textile company, VCA Textil is aware of its increasing economic, social, and environmental responsibility towards employees, suppliers, producers, customers, and the environment. We consider this responsibility an integral part of our corporate actions.

The production of VCA Textil’s products takes place in facilities that predominantly operate according to internationally recognized and verifiable social standards. Our highest priority is that our products are not only of high quality and environmentally sound, but also produced under fair and transparent conditions.

In terms of environmental protection, we strive to use as little plastic as possible and prefer recyclable packaging to conserve resources and reduce waste. Additionally, our products are manufactured using azo-free dyes, which are considered more environmentally friendly and safe. Through these measures, we actively contribute to environmental protection and a more sustainable future.

To ensure compliance with our social standards, VCA Textil deliberately works with a limited number of carefully selected production partners in Asia and Europe. This close and trust-based cooperation forms the foundation for long-term, responsible business relationships.

Our Control

The management of VCA Textil regularly visits production sites in person to verify working and production conditions.
Through the almost exclusive direct import of products, a clearly defined supply chain, local presence at the facilities, and long-term partnerships, VCA Textil ensures compliance with clearly defined social standards and humane working conditions.

BSCI / SEDEX

VCA Textil consistently requires all partner facilities to comply with globally recognized, binding social standards. The majority of production quantities are manufactured in facilities that hold BSCI and/or SEDEX certification

These standards cover, in addition to occupational safety measures, the regulation of working hours, fair remuneration, humane working conditions, access to health and social facilities, and the clear prohibition of any form of child labor, forced labor, or discrimination. Compliance with these requirements is regularly monitored and audited by independent inspection institutions.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

As a manufacturer of textiles that are worn directly on the skin, the protection of consumers is just as important to us as compliance with social and environmental standards. That is why we actively meet the requirements of our customers and end consumers for tested, pollutant-free textiles.

The majority of our products are manufactured according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This globally standardized, independent testing and certification system ensures that textile raw materials, intermediate and finished products, as well as used accessory materials, are tested for harmful substances. The well-known OEKO-TEX® label thus documents our product responsibility and our commitment to protecting people and the environment.
